You are welcome to order up to three samples free of charge. We will only charge you the actual cost of delivery if you request that.

Please use the floor area calculator or contact our chat line for help. You will need to know the length, width and height of your room.

Yes all our range is normally in stock in our central warehouse. Some tiles may be sold out from time to time, but we will contact you immediately after you order to confirm availability.

Yes you will get more pieces if you order a small tile, but the square metre quantity is always the same. You only pay per square metre so this doesn’t affect the price.

Some highly decorated tiles and borders are sold per piece, but normally everything is sold per box.

Yes you can cancel or amend the order so long as it has not been despatched from our warehouse. Please see our T’s & C’s for related charges.

In any delivery there may be 1 or 2 broken tile due to the nature of the product. These can normally still be used as offcuts by the tiler. If there is substantial breakages or wrong tiles delivered, please notify us within 24 hours and ideally include a picture of the damage.

If you have a quantity of boxes left over, you can request a credit for them. You will be responsible for returning them to us. They must be in a saleable condition and still within the current shade of our stock. We will check them and advise you. Please refer to our T’s & C’s 

Tiles can be stored safely and will be fine to use. Old adhesive and grout should not be used once it has passed its “use by” date or if you don’t know how well it has been stored.

Yes to both questions. It is very important though that you use a suitable adhesive and grout. Please email or call us for advice or click the chat link.

Most adhesives will dry overnight unless in very cold weather. Even though the tiles may appear fixed solid, the adhesive may not be fully cured. We normally recommend 48 hours between fitting and normal use.

Yes you can, but you must be careful to use the correct adhesive and grout to allow for expansion and contraction of the floor. We will be happy to advise on the correct ones to use. Call, email or Chat with us.

All returns must be returned to the point of original purchase. Cancellations should be made within three days of delivery resulting in a partial refund based on item cost and taxes. After dispatch, cancellations incur a refund minus retrieval costs.

We accept returns; however, refunds incur a 30% restocking charge. Certain items, like special orders and adhesives, are non-refundable due to their nature.

Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase in the original, unopened packaging to the point of purchase. Sale or promotion items are non-refundable. Certain products like grout are also non-refundable due to the nature of their storage.

Refunds will be issued by bank transfer within 7 working days. 

Normally we will have the credit processed in a week. You can request a credit on your account or refund by bank transfer.

Yes, we offer credit. Please contact sales@belletto.ie or click here to apply for credit on your trade account.

Delivery times are estimates, and although we try our best, sometimes delays happen. In case of non-delivery within seven days from the invoice date, please contact us at hello@belletto.ie

We try our best to always ensure the availability of stock. However, if an item is temporarily unavailable there will be an out-of-stock icon on that product. If in the unusual case of an item becomes out of stock after purchase, we’ll notify you immediately and fulfil your order at the earliest possibility.

Yes, unless a member of our team contacts you to tell you otherwise you should expect all your order items at the same time.

Deliveries are made to your front door. The driver may not bring the goods any further Delays may incur charges after 30 minutes if you are not present to receive your order.

Damages must be reported within 24 hours, giving details and ideally a photograph. If you sign for the delivery without checking the items, then no claim for damages can be accepted. See our T’s &C’s for more information.
